House Renovations with Elevator Access
We ripped out the existing garage and increased the size of it to allow for both an accessible van as well as a 3 stop residential elevator which is used as the primary means of egress/regress into the home. A new portico was constructed as well as the roof and siding being replaced. A back up generator as well as ductless HVAC units were installed as well and hidden behind the landscaping.
